    Virginia Metalcrafters Cast Aluminum Federal Eagle Draped Flag Wall Plaque. This cast aluminum Virginia Metalcrafters FEDERAL EAGLE PLAQUE is very impressive in size and detail. This Eagle was produced in Waynesboro, Virginia in the 1970's. Each Eagle was produced individually and each was hand-painted making each one a unique work of American Art. This impressive, 3-dimensional Eagle is 25 inches long and 9 inches high and protrudes 2-1/2 inches. Paint is chipping off.
